Spearheaded the development and maintenance of the internal research repository (EnjoyHQ). Established a highly searchable taxonomy that increased the accessibility of insights for product designers and managers. Orchestrated end-to-end participant recruitment logistics, managing schedules and balancing participant structures in direct alignment with CSM, Sales, and UX Researchers.

A comprehensive heuristic evaluation and research report analyzing a popular digital application. Applying best practices in prototyping, developing, and user-centered testing, this study identified severe usability bottlenecks, streamlined business process logic, and produced high-quality, user-centric technical documentation to guide actionable layout adjustments.
Environment: European Commission (DG ECFIN)
Conducted a sweeping review and restructuring of the core intranet to drastically improve accessibility and inter-institutional knowledge sharing. Developed interactive formats and aligned digital assets with core institutional messaging. The resulting architecture empowered cross-departmental staff to efficiently navigate guidelines, procedures, and internal policies.
